What are the steps we are taking to cater to child’s interest?
Attention
Provide them with the ideal ration of 10:1 by catering to 2 coaches per age group and batch. This will make the player feel he's being observed and paid attention to.
Equal Playing Time
A child should feel non-discriminated and be given equal playing time to the best-case scenario possible during sessions, matches and other activities. This goes a long way to gain the player’s trust.
Opportunities of Expression
Players should be able to express themselves regarding their learnings and feedbacks across different forms and mediums like 1on1s, group inputs as well as uncontrolled forms of expression like in social activities.
Being Challenged
Players should be challenged in every step, and they enjoy it. However, in case the challenge turns out to be a struggle the player should feel confident that with support and encouragement they will be able to overcome it with time.
Periods of Uncontrolled Development
Players love when there are moments where the environment is uncontrolled, so that they feel independent and in control of their decision making which will help them improve. Playing the game outside the ground with friends in a street can be the best way to improve technical and tactical skills
Social Activities
Players enjoy when they get to share memories and activities with team members and family members outside the field as well as these help in forming stronger-bonds and help in team cohesion a long way so that he feels it isn’t entirely performance driven.
