The right kind of activation and recovery programs can not only enhance the performance levels of the player but also help in prolonging the activities by helping in the injury prevention and management.

Nutrition + Diet

70% of the physical characteristics can be maintained by following a well-educated, customised diet based on the needs of the players. Here, we have 1on1 counselling sessions with the nutritionist to track the intakes of the players to derive the optimum results in the physical sphere.

Psychological Intervention

Sometimes the players go through certain things internally that they can’t communicate to coaches and parents. A psychologist helps in identifying these issues and help in overcoming them to enhance the player’s game.

Tactical Analysis

Feedback and review regarding the players performance as well as watching and reviewing professional games helps in better understanding of the game which helps in players taking more decisions that help in taking their game-play to the next level.

Regular Competitions

Be it weekend friendlies with other clubs or competitive matches within the team, competitions can be a good barometer of progress of every child. With video analysis of each player is the icing on the cake.
